Straight to the point: It will look small. It will fit just fine. It will not tear. 5 foot 4 inches. Ordered this item in size LARGE and it comes up just beneath my breast and my bra covers the zipper. The item does exactly what it describes. The zipper does not dig in your skin, the shaper does does not dig in your skin. The shaper is excellent, firm and comfortable. It lifts the butt perfectly, slims the stomach tremendously, material is breathable & well structured, lace is light (not scratchy) & does not roll up your thighs, I wore this with white pants and you couldn’t tell I had it on unless your were looking with a magnifying glass or starring directly at my booty. This is made of great material nice and strong. Provides good coverage for back fat and side breast fat it smoothes you completely out with no spillage. It has a good size pee hole (just gap your legs open & squat to avoid accidents). Washed and dried well in the machine. Tip: hook it and zip it before you wash it to keep from getting tangled with other clothes or wash it in a bra bag or toss it in a travel size pillow case that zips close then put it in the washer. It did not loose it’s shape. If your afraid it will then hand wash it & let it air dry. Just don’t let the what if’s deter you from getting this shapewear. Straps are comfortable & adjustable can be as loose or tight as you want. Step in the shaper and pull up over your knees and start working your way up the thighs a little on each side until you reach your booty. Make sure you have your shapewear even on both sides. Then, pull completely over your booty. Next put your hands through the arm straps & pull the garment up your back. Then, hook the 1st hook and zip up only until you reach the 2nd hook then repeat the hook & zip method. It’s only 3 hooks & very easy to do . You will be able to move, eat, drink, bend and squat as you normally would without having to hold your breath. It’s not a straight jacket, it’s firming shapewear. Have to write out instructions may make it sound difficult to get on but it’s not. This is to keep you from having to return a perfectly good item. If you don’t do it like I’m instructing you will think it’s not going to fit but it will fit and it is comfortable. It makes you look snatched & not lumpy. Even with cellulite issues it will not show. The shaper will smooth you out. If you want to go up a size you can and the shaper will still accentuate your midsection, smooth you out & lift your booty. Check out the photos. The white tights are to show you that the lace stays flat even when putting on tights. The white capri pants shows you that the shapwear fits perfect and smooths you out very well and is barely there even in white. The velour pants shows you that you can wear fitted clothing and the shapewear is not noticeably recognizable underneath. It looks and feel natural while giving you the benefits of comfortable shapwear! I really hope this review gives you the confidence to go for it.
