All of our garments are created in-house, in our 40 manufacturing plants in Colombia, under fair labor practices. We pay fair wages, provide health insurance, and give daily meals to all our factory workers.

Leonisa ranks #4 in the attraction and retention of talent in Colombia within the Clothing and Leather Goods sector, according to the Merco Talent Index.

In the last 5 years, more than 500 of our factory workers in Colombia have purchased their own homes through loans provided by Leonisa.
