If you’re measuring yourself while wearing clothes, remember to adjust the measuring tape tightly. If your clothes are particularly thick, it may be best to subtract an inch.

If your result falls between 2 sizes, choose the size according to your preferred sizing. If you like your clothes to be more fitted, choose the smaller size. If you like your clothes to be more loose-fit, choose the larger size.
