Return AND Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, we will assist you with a fast and easy refund or exchange.
You may return unworn products within 60 days of purchase to qualify for a refund and up to 90 days for an exchange. Products should have all tags attached and their original packages.
For hygiene reasons, panties can’t be returned for a refund or exchange, except where genuine quality issues have been identified.
Please fill out the “Return and Exchange Form” that was enclosed with your order and send it back to us with the merchandise that you are returning. If you are unable to locate the form, please click here to print a new form. If possible, please attach a copy of the original invoice received with your order.
On section 3 of the form, be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make and exchange for another size, color, or item. We are committed to continual improvement, therefore we ask you to please indicate the reason for the return on section 4 of the form. Finally, if you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on section 5 of the form by specifying the new product information.If you would like to order new extra items, you may do so by listing them on this section.
For both a refund and an exchange, initial shipping fees are not refundable and you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. In the unlikely event of a product defect or a quality issue, we will obviously reimburse you for the cost of the return.
For a refund, the total amount of your refund will be credited within five business days to the card used on the original transaction. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
For an exchange, please note that they are processed as a return and then issued as a new order. You will first receive a credit to the card used on the original order for the item(s) you are returning and then be charged for the exchange upon shipment. Regardless of the exchange value, no additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred. If you upgrade your shipping method, we will charge the difference and the shipping cost to the original credit card or any other method of payment specified on section 6 of the form.
