The lengths vary: some are panty style, cover thighs or are to the calves. Panty girdles can be control panties, high waisted covering your tummy, or control your thighs. Waist cinchers can be adjustable or just smooth out your tummy area. Bustiers or camisoles cover the same area as a shirt and control your tummy, back and sides.
