Return AND Exchange POLICY

If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product, we will assist you with a fast and easy exchange or refund. You may return unworn products within 60 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or an exchange. Products should be in perfect condition, have all tags attached, and ideally in their original packaging.

For hygiene purposes, panties cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, except when genuine quality issues have been identified.

Section 3: Be sure to indicate if you prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color, or item.

Section 4: We are committed to continual improvement to offer the best service possible; therefore, we ask you to please indicate the reason for the return.

Section 5: List all new items you would like to receive in exchange. If you would like to order more items, you may do so by listing them on this section.

For returns and exchanges, shipping fees are nonrefundable and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the products. In the unlikely event of a product defect or a quality issue, we will reimburse you for the cost of the return shipping fees.

For a return, the total amount of the returned item(s) will be credited within the next business days to the card used for the original transaction. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for this amount to be reflected on your account.

3 situations can occur:

1. Products worth the same amount: Once the exchange is processed, there will be no additional charge or refund.
2. Balance due to customer: If the original item(s) purchased is exchanged for an item of a lesser amount, a generated difference between the two amounts will be credited back to the card used for the original transaction. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for this amount to be reflected on your account.
3. Balance due to Leonisa: If the original item(s) purchased is exchanged for an item of greater amount, a generated difference between the two totals will be charged to your card that was used for your original transaction.
