I am 36, and I have had horrible posture most of my life. My shoulders roll forward and neck is starting to protrude. I have a three month old and 3 year old, and pregnancy has none me no favors around the middle. I am 5'6 and 124 lbs. I bought the small, and it fits perfectly. As soon as I put it on, it made me conscious of my posture. Not so tight that it is not flexible, but stiff enough to work properly. I need to "tone up" after pregnancy, and this reminds me to hold my tummy in that is now relaxed. I tried another popular wrap for post pregnancy, but unlike this one, it is quite noticeable under clothes so I quit wearing it. Yes, to others comment that it should come down even lower. To another comment that they could not get it on, the instructions say to roll it up, and it takes two seconds to do it right. This is all around pretty perfect! I would highly recommend.

This minimizer is just what I was looking for. Great support and compression yet breathable. Unlike other garments I've tried, it also holds its elasticity very well. The only thing I can think of that would improve it would be to make it a little longer in the back as with today's low-cut jeans sometimes it wants to ride up.

This is the best posture corrector I have ever had.I have tried many.It does not cut into my arm pits or sholders.And does not ride up.I have had it on for 24 hrs. and feel wonderful. This is the first time my neck and back has not had the pain in years.It is worth every penny. I would like to have two more as soon as I can.I am a male and it fits perfect. You should market it for men! It is better than any I have tried that was designed for men.Iwould give it 6 STARS if I could. Thank You!
