You will immediately receive an email with the tracking information after your order is shipped. The following day after you have received your shipping confirmation email you will be able to see the updated status of your package. You can also CLICK HERE to track the status of your order. You will need to provide your order number and email. If for any reason you don’t receive any information after 3 business days, please contact us for assistance.
Q: How is sales tax determined?
Domestic Orders: The sales tax rate is 6% and is only charged to orders being shipped to the state of Georgia in the United States.
International Orders: Leonisa is not responsible for import duties since each country has its own policies. You may be charged import duties once the package reaches your country. Please contact your country’s customs for more information regarding this matter.
Q: Will I be charged import duties for orders being shipped outside the United States?
Canadian Orders: No more surprise charges upon delivery. Leonisa pre-pays all Canadian duty fees. The import duty fee charged by Canada is now paid entirely by Leonisa for your convenience, and we only charge our customers a 10% sales tax rate.

Q: What is the shipping cost for my order?
Shipping charges are determined by the total cost of your order before taxes and the shipping country. No orders will be shipped on holidays. UPS is not available for PO Box addresses, please ship through USPS.
