Order Information

Q: How do I track the status of my order?
A:

CLICK HERE  To track the status of your order. You will need to provide your order number.

After you place your order, you will immediately receive an email with a detailed summary of your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another email with your shipping tracking number.

We will also send updates regarding the status of your order, to the e-mail address you provided when ordering.

Q: My order has been shipped, but I still can’t track it. What should I do?
A:
You will immediately receive an email with the tracking information after you place an order.
You can also CLICK HERE to track the status of your order. You will need to provide your order number.
If for any reason you don’t receive any information after 3 business days, please contact us for assistance.

Q: How is sales tax determined?
A: The sales tax rate is 6% and is only charged to orders being shipped to the state of Georgia in the United States.

Q: Will I be charged import duties for orders being shipped outside the United States?
A:

Leonisa is not responsible for import duties since each country has its own policies. You may be charged import duties once the package reaches your country. Please contact your country’s customs for more information regarding this matter.

Q: What is the shipping cost for my order?
A: Shipping charges are determined by the total cost of your order before taxes and the shipping country. No orders will be shipped on holidays. UPS is not available for PO Box addresses, please ship through USPS.

Q: What is your Returns and Exchanges Policy? How do I make a return or exchange?
A: You may return unworn products within 60 days of purchase to qualify for a refund and up to 90 days for an exchange. Products should have all tags attached and their original packages.

For Hygiene reasons, panties can no longer be returned for a refund or exchange, except where genuine quality issues have been identified.

Please fill out the form for exchanges and/or returns that you received with your order and send it with the product(s) you are returning. If you lost this form please click here for a new printable form. If possible, please attach a copy of the original invoice received with your order.

Please indicate if you just want a refund or if you would like an exchange. If you decide to exchange one or some products, please make sure you write down the new product information.

If you would like to order new extra items, you may do so by listing them on the form.

As soon as we receive the articles, we will send back the new order or we will refund the money to your credit card.

If the total amount of the new order exceeds the original transaction, we will charge the remaining and the shipping charge to your credit card. On the other hand, if the total value of the new order is less than the original transaction, we will make a refund to your credit card.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. If you are returning products where quality issues have been identified we will refund the shipping charges.

Q: How will I receive my order?
A:
UNITED STATES: Leonisa ships through UPS, USPS or FEDEX. Note that UPS delivers at your front door and USPS at the mailbox. Please verify the day and time scheduled for delivery using your tracking number. If you would like a signature delivery service, please specify so on the special instructions section before checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: The package will arrive at your home.

Q: How do I update my account information?

Q: How do I use the Wish List feature?
A: To create your wish list, you just need to add the items you would like to purchase by clicking on the WISH LIST button on any product details’ page. You will be asked to Sign In to your account. If you don't have an account, you can create it after adding the first item with the WISH LIST button.

When you sign in to your account you will be able to access, save and share your wish list information.
